     Will a minister agree to marry a couple if the bride is preganant?  

will a Pastor or Minister not marry a couple if the bride to be is expecting?

It really depends on the minister and his openness to officiating weddings if the bride is pregnant. Some ministers may require pre marital counseling to ensure that a commitment exists and that the couple is not marrying because of the pregnancy.

  Most will. Some won't. My advice would be to find a kind minister with a compassionate heart.

It all depends on your Minister/Officiant. If you have a specific Minister or Pastor in mind, be up front and see what he or she says.
