It really depends on the minister and his openness to officiating weddings if the bride is pregnant. Some ministers may require pre marital counseling to ensure that a commitment exists and that the couple is not marrying because of the pregnancy. Most will. Some won't. My advice would be to find a kind minister with a compassionate heart.
