Neither my fiance nor myself are part of a church, and we have no religious background. I'm wondering who we will be able to find to marry us. We definately don't want to have a court house wedding, but we don't particularly want a religious wedding, either. What are our options? Also, anyone have any examples of non religious vows? Thanks!

Dear NonReligious Ceremony,
You can check on any of the wedding directory sites for officiants local to your area. You can also do a search online for wedding vows and of course the officiant you are using will have options for you. Nancy Tucker President of Weddings Beautiful US http://www.weddingsbeautiful.com

If you search the internet in your area you should have no problem finding an officiant who will perform such a ceremony. It sounds like you might be looking for a Spiritual ceremony. I do not know what part of the country you are from but if you are from the Maryland/D.C. area, while I do not officiate such ceremonies, I could point you in the direction of several officiants who specialize in this type of ceremony. Best wishes. Deacon Bob Tousey
