The ushers seat guests, light candles and roll out runner. Now when bride walks up to unity candle and turns to come back and face minister, does usher straighten her trane or whose job is it?

Donna, The maid of honor should always be the one to serve the bride. She will straighten the train.

Donna -

You seem to have a lot of questions and although we certainly don't mind answering a few of them, perhaps you would benefit from getting yourself a good wedding planning book.

My recommendations:

Bride's Book of Etiquette

Emily Post's Guide to Etiquette

Wedding Etiquette for Divorced Families

More books on planning a second wedding here.

Good luck!
