wedding officiant from a different state

We have a family member who is an ordained minister in another state(mo). We want him to do our wedding ceremony in florida. Do you know if he can perform our ceremony if he is ordained in a different state?

He will need to contact your local County Clerk's office, where marriage licenses are processed. He will have to present his documentation, his license from the state where he is licensed, the graduation certificate from the seminary he graduated and any other certificates of clergy affliation (if he is affliated to any.) Then it should be no problem!
