me and my fiance want a somewhat religious wedding in saint louis, mo. We want God's blessing on our family. The problem is neither of us belong to a church in St. Louis, because we both live in Springfield and we also live together. We don't think there is anything wrong with living together as long as we stay pure (which we have). We do it simply for economical reasons. Is there any suggestions or possible ideas for where we can have the ceremony if we still want a somewhat religious wedding or where to find an officiant that will marry us?
Help me!

You can definitely marry in a Unitarian Church.
There are possibilities as well. I would visit your local Episcopal, Lutheran, Methodist and Presbyterian churches. Attend their services, then if it feels right, just call and ask. Some may require that you join their congregation. Others will not. There are churches you can simply rent and give a donation to the minister.
You have nothing to be ashamed about. Hold your love before you like a beacon torch.

Thank you for your help. I did some searching and it looks like we have found 3 wonderful churches that would love to marry us. One is a old-fashioned Catholic church, another is a church I went to in high-school (non-denominational), and the third is where my fiance went to church (southern baptist). We will probably end up going with the southern baptist one because it will be the cheapest since he and his family are already members. Thank You!
