3 Hour Gap Between Ceremony and Reception

Please help:

We have just found the most wonderful reception site. The problem is, the church that we are getting married at has it's last wedding at 2:00pm - meaning we would get out around 3-3:30pm at the latest. The reception site opens at 6:30pm!

We are on a tight budget and this place is by far, the best around and we don't want to have to change the church.

Any suggestions? I know that a 3 hour gap is unfavorable, but what else can we do? Also, any activities you can think of for our guests??

Does the reception site have a place for a ceremony? Perhaps you can have your clergy come to the site to do it within the timeframe of the reception site.
