     Ceremony location changed

Is there any proper etiquette to use when the ceremony location has changed. The wedding is in 3 weeks and is moving from a catholic church to a christian church. Any ideas on how to word a note without raising red flags?

There really is not enough time to send notes and be assured they are received. Enlist some friends/family and get on the phone to the guests invited and start letting people know the location has changed. Yes, you could send emails and mail but again, they may not make it to the intended on time.

Dear Firedancer,

It is too late to mail anything out. You will have to call each guest about the change of location. You could always email everyone too.

Just word it in simple and direct language without any reason why.

Best wishes,

Don't rely on email. It can be unreliable and some people don't check their email regularly. I would call each guest or get a phone chain going.
