FSIL snubbed me, should I snub her back?!

When my FSIL got married in 2006 she excluded me and my now Fiance (her only sibling) from all of the family dinners and planning get togethers. She did not invite me to her bachlorette party or shower, and when her mother asked her abut it, she simply said that she did not want me there. I left my country in 2006 to be with my fiance and now we are getting married next year. His sister has made no effort to get to know me, and has made terrible faces at family gatherings when she is asked to take a seat next to me. Often she just stands. Now fiance and I have started to plan our wedding, and his mother is very excited to start planning things for us, with his sister and her husband, even going as far as to invite her along to a wedding show without asking me first. (I couldn't make it anyways). I am very hurt by the way that FSIL has treated me the past years and do not want to include her in any of the planning, nor do I want to invite her to my bachlorette party. I feel a bit sick that FMOG does not see the distress and embarrasment that they have caused me and my fiance and seems to think that it is okay that we include them in everything when we were snubbed. Fiance feels the same way, and has stated that her behaviour was okay because it was her wedding, so ours should be okay because it is our wedding. What should I do? Can I justify not inviting her to my bachlorette party and excluding her from any planning get together?
