     Falling Out with Friend

Hello,
I invited this friend months ago to my wedding. However on the bachelorette party we had a falling out and haven't spoken since. She didn't come to my shower last weekend either.

Can I ask her and her boyfriend if they're still coming to the wedding (I'm assuming they're not?). I'm drawing up the seating arrangements with 3 weeks to go, so I would like to know if I need to re-jig things around or not, and I don't want to set places for people that aren't going to show up.

Would it be a rude question to ask, since they've previously replied in the affirmative?

thanks

Dear Fuzzymiss,

It may be best if a third party asked since they already replied that they would.

There may be others who do not attend who replied that they would. So, if these two do not, they won't be the only ones.

Best wishes,
