How should the response card be filled in when it looks like this?

What if we aren't married, but living together?

Only the person's name on the envelope should respond. If two names are listed on the envelope, then both names are printed on the response card. If there is only one name, only one person is invited. It really doesn't matter if you go by the same name or not.
