I work for a large company and I only want to invite my boss I use to report to and my two current bosses, do you feel this is proper etiquette?
Also, I have all there home telephone numbers and I found a website to look up their home addresses. Do you think that is to invasive, or do you feel that I should send them an email or ask them in person for there home addresses? What do you feel is the best etiquette for this situation?
You can certainly invite these three bosses from work but please do not email them. Go ahead and use the addresses to mail the invitations (as long as you're sure that these are their correct addresses).
It is all right to ask these people for their address too, if you feel comfortable doing so. Top Wedding Questions Forum Moderator - "Write your sorrows in the sand, your blessings in stone".
I don't feel comfortable asking in-person, but do you feel that it is rude not to ask in-person or do you feel that it is not ok to use the address that I received from their phone numbers, from off the web?
There is no ettiquete that states you cannot locate an address on the internet or that you have to ask personally for the address. As long as you think the addresses are correct then certainly use those addresses. If you do not get a resoponse it could be the web was wrong. Try looking in the telephone book to compare.
