     Grooms daughter as bridesmaid

I am trying to find out if the grooms 18 year old daughter should be expected to be a bridesmaid. The 14 year old son of the groom will be a grooms man, and the 13 year old daughter of the bride will be a junior bridesmaid. Where does that leave the 18 year old daughter? The bride and groom are still in "dreaming" stage of the whole ceremony, and the bride has not yet established a solid relationship with the daughter. Help.
