When it comes to thank you notes, my question is four-part.
Since my shower is March 15 and my wedding is April 25, should I send separate thank you notes for the gifts when they're from the same person? Would it be inappropriate to incorporate the thank you for both gifts into one note or should I send separate notes?
If the gifts can be incorporated into one note, then what would be a good wording to differentiate between the two gifts(because, for instance, I would not thank "Beth's husband" for "Beth"'s shower gift, or would I? I would be thanking "Beth" and her husband for the wedding gift, though)?
If I should send separate notes, how long after the shower should I send them? (I know for the wedding it is four weeks after the honeymoon.)
Also, several members of my family have grown daughters at home. If they go in on a gift together, should I send individual thank you notes?
