If not attending a wedding, do i still need to give a gift?
hello,
I was just invited to a wedding, and cannot attend. I was wondering, do I still need to give the bride and groom a gift? They are distant relatives.
Signed,

You never have to give a gift, even if you are attending. Gifts are not mandatory but guests usually feel they are expected. Top Wedding Questions Forum Moderator - "Write your sorrows in the sand, your blessings in stone".
