     Postpone wedding

Unsure We have to postpone our wedding due to financial reasons. We have only sent out save the date cards. I think we should send out an announcement to everyone. What is the best way to word this?

Dear Ladybug1169,

I'm very sorry you will have to postpone your wedding but it is best to postpone and reschedule when conditions are more favorable.

To notify your guests, you can send a card:

If you issued the save the date:

The marriage of

Ladybug

and

Mr. Sting Wasp

has been postponed

or if your parents issued the save the date

Mr. and Mrs. _______ ________

announce the marriage of their daugther

________

to

__________

has been postponed.

Best wishes in your future planning.
