     Something old, something new...

I know there have been previous posts regarding this tradition. However, my question is this: Do all these items need to be carried with the bride on her wedding day, or can they be incorporated throughout the entire wedding?

I have my something old, something new, and something blue as items that will be with me all day. So far, my only something borrowed are champagne flutes from my mother.

They can be a part of the whole wedding not just the wedding ceremony. Your toasting goblets are fine for your something borrowed.
