We want to prevent uninvited guests from "crashing" our wedding. I'd like to give each guest a ticket to get in, but I have a feeling this would be a trifle tacky! Some guests will have "Within the Ribbon" cards, but what about the rest of the guests? Can we ask the guests to present their invitation to the ushers before they enter & how would we let the guests know to bring the invitation with them? Is there any polite/socially acceptable way to handle this? TIA.
