There is a couple in my home church whom I would like to include in the wedding. The wife is very good with flowers and decorating and will be helping me with most of the reception decoration. The husband will be helping with the ceremony set up and running sound during the ceremony. Both individuals know the church and will be my "go-to" people throughout the day. I would like to give this couple a formal title for everything they are doing for my wedding. However, I already have two sets of host and hostesses (one from the groom's side and one from mine). Do you have any suggestions?

Why do you feel it necessary to give this couple a formal title? Top Wedding Questions Forum Moderator - "Write your sorrows in the sand, your blessings in stone".

Essentially, I would like a title because it will show recognition and appreciation. I also know the couple and believe it will smooth the process and remove awkward moments since they will have quite a few responsibilities. If they have a title it will be more official rather than just some friends volunteering.

You can show your appreciation by alsways being kind to them and thanking them. You can also send them a nice thank you card and/or gift after the wedding.
I just don't see how/when you would refer to them by these titles. Am I missing something? Top Wedding Questions Forum Moderator - "Write your sorrows in the sand, your blessings in stone".

I agree. But, if you really feel the need for a title, it would be one you create, as there really is no official title for this. Rebecca Black, Etiquette Now
