     church member invites

My fiance is a full time member at a church that he has attended for over 20 years. He has worked with hundreds of the children and is very close with the families. The church enrollment is a little over 1100. About half of the members are on the guest list. However, is there a tactful way to invite the entire church and cut the invitation costs? What is the correct way to include an invitation in the church bulletin? How about rsvps that way? Thanks for the last reply.

Dear Church Member Invites,

Actually, an invitation should reflect the formality and style of the event. Although it doesn't seem proper, the wedding includes the entire congregation, so including an invitation in the church bulletin seems appropriate to me. And, it seems as if the RSVPs could be handled in the same manner.

If anyone has any other ideas, or disagrees, please speak up or forever hold your peace.

Congratulations,
