     rehearsal dinner

If the grooms parents volunteer to have the rehearsal dinner, and the bride and groom accept, is it the grooms parent choice of where to have it and what the menu is??

If the bride and groom want it in a different location and more expensive, what do the grooms parents do now?? Grooms parents are only willing to do what they proposed, and now isnt acceptable.

Dear Esined,

The host always chooses the menu and location of the event. If they want this somewhere else, they would have to host it themselves.

Best wishes,
