     Gardenia Bouquet

I'm getting married in May of 07, and I was thinking of using Gardenias in my bouquet. The only problem, what do I put with them, if anything? Would the smell be too over powering to do a full bridal bouquet?

SmileGardenias are wonderful...Make sure you get a good experienced florist to handle them. They are delicate. Gardenias will turn to an ivory shade over the course of the day and should be handled as little as possible before being put into the bouquet. I like to mix them with Big open roses just because the roses will contrast and support the gardenias as they fade down over time. It also saves on cost. Trickiness aside...they are soooooooo worth having. Every time you run across that wonderful scent in the course of your life you will remember your gardenia bouquet! I have never been overpowered by the scent of gardenia...lily maybe but not gardenia!

Winkgo for it!
