I am wearing an ivory dress with a celedon sash and the bridesmaids will all be in celedon. I would love to bring some purple into the wedding with flowers. The wedding is in June. I adore lilacs, is this a type of flower that can be purchased and will it be in season then?
Thanks!

Lilacs will probably not be availible in June. It is a bit late though not completely out of the question if we have a cold spring. What is in season in June are peonies, wood hyacinth, anemones, iris and many other lovley flowers. Celadon is a great color for almost any combination. Ask your florist to try to get lilacs. Its worth a try, but have a plan b as well.
