Can anyone give me any ideas on how to combine the stargazer lily, the latin lady rose, red velvet roses, ivy and seashells to make a cascading bridal bouquet? I'd like it to be mostly red.

That sounds like a really beautiful combination. If you have a florist they will have no problem with this. I tend to usually design the lilies toward the center for creating strong form. One hint is to be sure to securely wire any seashells on a fairly firm stem and to be aware that they can be heavy. Also be sure to secure them firmly into the bouquet. One filler I think would be lovley in this mixture is white ginestra. Ask your designer to show you what it looks like. I would recommend having a professional do this bouquet. Lilies can be tricky and it is really important not to beat them up too much. You also need to be really sure the pollen is removed or your dress will be stained. Proper care and handling on this is best left to the pros. That said, have a great combination that any good florist would love to make it for you. Take care and happy planning.
