Roses and daisies in the bridal bouquet

We are having red roses for our wedding in August and I would like to put regular white daisies in the mix. I have been looking for pictures on the web of this combination and have been unable to find any. Our bridesmaid dresses are black and I thought the contrast would be beautiful. Any thoughts on if this is a bad combination?

Honestly it is an odd combination. I think you can pull it off though. You should look into using spray roses, which put on a more casual face. Look for Scarlet Mimi spray roses since they open wide and strong and are a nice smaller size. I think the addition of some lime green leaves would also be a good "blender."
Now, you can still use big red roses. How about those with stephanotis for your bridal bouquet?
You might also look into a nosegay style bouquet with a tight cluster of daisies rimmed with red roses. This would avoid the potentially spotty look and formalize the daisies a bit.
Overall I would say try to come up with a design that will formalize the daisies in your bouquet and make the roses a bit more casual.
For centerpieces you might consider all daisies with rose petals on the tables...Kind of fun!
Hope it is some good food for thought...Take care and have a great wedding!
