I'm having a fairly casual beach theme reception in May and my bridesmaid is wearing a teal dress (more blue than green). My dress is a champange color if that matters. My favorite flower is the Stargazer lily. Do you think they would look ok with teal? Could I use the bright pink in the stargazer as an accent color or would teal and pink be bad together?
Well, teal is beautiful but not the easiest color for coordinating with flowers. I think you would be OK with stargazers but maybe a bit better with a somewhat softer pink lily. Look for one called Acapulco, which is similar but softer toned. Also there is one called Woodriff with tones running a bit in the cooler range.
