Wedding flowers: who gets boutonnieres and corsages?

My stepdaughter is getting married. Both sets of parents are divorced and remarried. What is the proper etiquette regarding boutonnieres and corsages? Her father is giving her away and the wedding is being held in the home of the groom's father and new wife. We are trying to keep the costs down on the flowers, but are not sure who gets what!

Crazy Whoops...lets try that again. I always suggest that both parents and stepparents be honored. In the case of the men with bouts and in the case of the women with corsages or a presentation bouquet. This is a time of good will and it is silly to exclude anyone so important to either of the parents. You will have all sorts of miscellaneous expenses. For the sake of the bridal couple and their future relationship with all parties just make this very minor "splurge!" No reason to risk slighting anyone. This day is about the couple and good will toward all parts of the family, old and new.
