Who pays for bridesmaids bouquets & groomsmen boutonnieres

Who pays for the bridesmaids bouquets and the groomsmen's boutonnieres? I've heard of some many things now I'm just confused.

Ahhh...well...the times are really changing. There are no longer any rules regarding purchases for a wedding.

Traditionally, it was the groom's family who paid for the bride’s bouquet, groomsmens', fathers' and ushers' boutonnieres, and mothers' corsages.
The bride's family paid for all reception / church flowers, bridesmaids' and flowergirl's bouquets.

Speak to your parents and decide together which of you can afford to pay for what.
