     arm bouquet

I would like to carry an arm bouquet of 2 dozen white roses that I collect from my friends and family on my way down the aisle. Then my groom will meet me with a single red rose at the alter. Has anyone had experience with this? What should I be careful of and how should I have the florist prepare the flowers. Suggestion, tips, please

Smile Its a beautiful idea. I would suggest a bit of practice on your part and a ribbon and fan of greens to put them together with.Smile Gather them into a fan shape and have your Maid of honor tie them together during the ceremony. Get a beautiful soft wide satin ribbon and keep it real simple.

Have the florist strip the thorns and some (but not all ) of the foilage. Keep them in water until just before your friends are seated. Have her make you a greens bouquet and attach the ribbon so it won't slip out of your hands.

Take your time while walking the aisle and enjoy this special touch...It is a lovley idea!
