bouquet for civil ceremony in the court house?

I am getting married in a civil ceremony at the court house. Is it appropriate to carry a bouquet? If so what kind? Also, should my fiance wear a flower on his military uniform? One more - should I have some sort of flowers for the others attending the ceremony?

All of your flower choices are optional. You do not have to provide these, it's your choice.
