     color coordination question

My bridesmaids' dresses are a periwinkle...my dress is white. The wedding is next April. WHat colors (besides purple) would really compliment all of our dresses...for both the bridesmaids' bouquets and my bouquet?Unsure

SmileNo red, no orange...Otherwise go for it. I love soft yellow with periwinkle blue...You also are in the really fortunate position to have a lot of the peak spring flowers available...Like tulips, anemones, hyacinth, lilac and beautiful pink peonies. Try them with tulips and a bit of grape hyacinth(which will perfectly compliment your periwinkle!) and maybe a couple of tiny daffodills...Then for your bouquet use white peonies and a similar mix. You may also be able to get blooming branches of flowering cherry or Forsythia for the church and larger work. Spring is a great time for flowers...Enjoy it! Take care and wishing you a happily ever after!
