Gave a gift before wedding...do I need to give another when I actually go to the wedding?

Hi, I bought a wedding gift from a friend's bridal registry. I had it shipped to the bride's address on file with the store. Am I supposed to give something else when I actually go the wedding or is the one gift sufficient?

No, one gift is all that is expected and it is properly sent to the home of the bride before the wedding. You did it perfectly.
