Gift for a special soon to be step daughter/matron of honor
My soon to be step daughter (who is 30) is going to be my matron of honor. I want to get her something special as a gift; something saying that she is special to me and that she is like a daughter I never had. Can you give me any idea's? I have been searching and not able to find the right thing for her.

How sweet. I would suggest something personal, like a keepsake item. Consider her personality when choosing. Write a heart-felt note on some fancy stationery to go along with the gift.
Here is an article on How to Choose the Perfect Bridesmaid Gift which includes suggestions for gifts. Another idea would be to go to idotaketwo.com and see Mother/Daughter bracelets which could be appropriate if her mom is not in the picture. Also look at stepdaughter gifts. Choose carefully if her mom is still in her life since you won't want to overshadow that relationship. You sound like a very sensitive person, so i'm sure you'll pick just the right gift.
