Gifts for cake/punch servers at wedding

I know the bride gives each of her bridesmaids and her maid of honor a gift, but does she also give the cake/punch servers gifts as well as the person who sits at the guest book?

Not typically. It is good to do something for them though. But, that is the bride's choice.
