Special Wedding Gift for bride with deceased father

Just a few years ago the Father of the Bride passed away. I have been asked by his daughter to walk her down the aisle, I have remained very close with the family, her father was my best friend. I would like to obtain a special gift for her on behalf of her Father, something special. Do you have any recommendations that would help me with this selection.

Thank You,

Rich

Dear Rich,

This is very special. It is wonderful that this young lady has you in her life. Well, I'm a very simple person, so perhaps others may have more elaborate ideas, but a simple little heart necklace speaks to me.

Best wishes,

The necklace or locket is a very sweet suggestion Rebecca. Inserting a photo of her dad, the bride and her dad, or you and her dad would be a nice touch. I might not present it to her on the wedding day since it's sure to bring on the waterworks.

Another idea, if you're religious, could be a personalized bible. Really, any sort of engraved or personalized gift is a nice keepsake.
