Wording for wedding website gift registry page

My niece and her fiance are getting married in her hometown but live out of state. They are registered but would like guests to keep in mind that they will be flying and can not take large gifts back with them on the airplane. They have a website and would like to come up with wording for the introduction paragraph on their registry page that explains the situation without being impolite or tacky. Is this possible?

Dear Cambrians,

Not really. There is no polite way to inform guests how to give their gifts. When they register, they should include a shipping address. Savvy guests know that they are to ship the gift to that address before the wedding.

Please remind your niece that she and her fiance are expected to write a thank you note for each gift they receive as soon as it arrives and they do not use any of the gifts until after the wedding.

Best wishes,
