     types of gifts

My parents are very giving. They are not only paying for my wedding, but they are also planning on decorating my new house (fully furnishing because they did the same thing for my sister). Because of this, I am not sure what types of gifts that I will need. For instance, towels, bowls, pots, pans, ect will all be bought by my parents. What other types of things should I put on my registry if my parents are taking care of it all. Or, should I get these items from others and then just return them for the money.. what should I do?

This is a problem many couples would like to have. I would suggest that you register for outdoor furniture, yard accessories, etc. at one of the stores in your area.

Those are good suggestions, Nancy. Home Depot and Target have wedding registries now.

You are really blessed to have such generous parents. Show them the love! Smile

I agree. You will probably need a lot of yard and garage type equipment and tools.
