     Honeymoon Registry

This website offers a Honeymoon Registry instead of a Wedding Registry. Jessica and I have lived together for the last year approximately and we have virtually all of the typical wedding gift items. Therefore, we thought the Honeymoon Registry would be a great idea. The only concern I have is getting the money once people have made purchases.

I'm somewhat skeptical of internet companies as I have been burned in the past. I am hoping that there are several of you out there that have some past experience with this particular company or any of the Honeymoon Registry websites for that matter. Are they honest? Will they really give me the money they collect from everyone, or just take off with the money that all of my friends and family pay? Has anyone had any, or heard of any, BAD experiences with them?

Any information that any of you may be able to provide would be tremendously helpful and greatly appreciated. Thank You!!

Kevin,

I am the President of The Honeymoon and I'd be happy to address your concern. First, we have been in business since 2000 and we have had over 10,000 users. We've NEVER had an issue with anyone regarding the most important thing we do: holding onto your gifts (money). We've been registered with the BBB since that time, going on 5 years, and we've never had a complaint. A company in our business wouldn't survive 6 months if it didn't take seriously its stewardship role. We have always been in business for the long haul and our business grows exponentially every year - mostly through word of mouth.

We'd be happy to give you some customers to contact if you wish or I'd be happy to speak with you myself. You can email me at: nealk@thehoneymoon.com if you wish to set up a phone call. Hope this helps a bit.
