     Announcements to Uninvited Guests

I am having a small intimate wedding with immediate family and friends only. I have quite a few other friends and colleges that I would like to send announcements to so that in meeting up later they would not be shocked or hurt that I didn't even let them know. Is there a way to send these and word them in a proper and respectful way?

Dear Tnbarclay,

Sure, you would send the standard wedding announcements after your wedding to all those who need to know and were not invited.

Best wishes,
