Listing hotel information on wedding invitations.

I was wondering how and where on the invitations I should let out of town guests know that hotel rooms have been booked and reserved for them. We are ordering invitations, response cards, and reception cards.

Dear Needs to Inform,

You can include this information on an enclosure mailed with the invitation. These can be handwritten, computer generated, or created by the hotel. It isn't included on the invitation.

Best wishes,

Thank you very much!

If you wouldn't mind, could you help me with proper wording. The hotel and if needed rental car will be paid for. Thanks again for your help. There is so much etiquette I didn't even know about Smile

I suppose you could state that a complimentary night's stay at (hotel name) has been reserved in their name and a rental car will be at their disposal if needed. You could add that it would be nice if they could please contact you so that you may confirm the reservations on each.

Hopefully this will get you started. This can be worded any way you wish.

Best wishes,
