Need Help on Wording and Etiquette on informal day after brunch party

I want to host a small informal brunch reception for my future sister-in-law. They are getting married on the beach only parents and me and my husband are invited. They can't afford a reception and some of the immediate family is going to feel slighted so we wanted to have a next day brunch reception for them to include them, but I am not sure how I would word that on the invitiation? Do I announce the wedding and then invite?

Dear MaBell,

This is treated the same as any other wedding reception. You just send your guests an invitation to a wedding reception, listing the date, time, and location.

Best wishes,
