Most of my guests are out of towners. I made "save the date" magnets with the date and pictures. What sort of enclosure do I need to notify guests of Location and hotel information? What other information do I need to include in the enclosure?

You should set up room blocks at centralized hotels and provide information for them. Many couples use a wedding website to convey this information. Nancy Tucker President of Weddings Beautiful US http://www.weddingsbeautiful.com

I put the wedding website on the magnet and really, all the information is there but I want to offer another location (less expensive) as well and just wondering what this enclosure should look like and what other information should go on it. Any ideas?

I completely agree. The more information you can include for your guests the better. They may even benefit from information about the area.
Plus, they may want information about hotels in various price ranges. Rebecca Black, Etiquette Now

This is just the save the date, so it doesn't have to be formal (unless the event is very formal). It just needs to be informative.
Usually we don't include our wedding website on these things unless we bury our registry information. So, please make sure your registry information isn't any where near the first page. Rebecca Black, Etiquette Now
