including step parents and biological parents in wedding announcement

My daughter is getting married in July. The announcement will be published in the newspaper. Here's the situation and I need your help with the proper wording. Her biological father left us when she was 3. I remarried when she was 5 and her step-father legally adopted her. We divorced when she was 16. ( she has 3 siblings from that marriage and stays in contact with him). I remarried 4 years ago and he is a wonderful step-father. Her biological father has recently decided he wants to be in her life now and they do have a relationship. (I will be walking my daughter down the isle - that problem is solved. ) But how do we list this in the paper and do we include everyone?

Dear Mom 365,

Usually, she would list the father who raised her as her father. It is her choice though. It might be very strange to do so, but there are no reasons why she can't list all three as her fathers if she wants. For example: Miss Your Daughter and Mr. Her Fiance were united in marriage on Date, Time, Location with Her Officiant. Your Daughter's name is the daughter of Mr. And Mrs. You and Your current husband, and also Both Men.

If your daughter chooses to only use your ex's name, your name would be mentioned first and then his.

So, it can get a bit messy, but it can be done.

Best wishes,
