I am getting married for the second time. I still use the last name from my first marriage, even though I've been divorced for 8 years. Is it appropriate to use my married name on the invitation, since I have used that name for 12 years? Or is it okay to revert back to my maiden name for the invitation? My parents' names will not be on the invitation.

You should use your legal name, the name that everyone knows you as, to avoid confusion.
