3 Parents hosting,1 is not, how to word the invite

My parents (who are married) and my fiance's mother are hosting our wedding. My fiance's mother and father are no longer married and neither of them are currently remarried. However, they do not share the same last name and my fiance has a last name that differs from both of them.

First, do I list the grooms mother's name as Mrs. Mary Brown, or Ms. or what? She is currently unmarried, but still uses the last name of her previous husband (not the groom's father.)

Also, do we include my fiance's fathers name on the invite? He is technically not hosting, but it just seems odd to leave one parents name off. Do you have any suggestions? Thank you in advance for your help. This has just been perplexing me.

Dear IansGirl,

It is best to list your groom's mother by the title she prefers. Many prefer Ms. these days.

You could list the father under your groom's name as: also the son of Mr. John Smith.

Best wishes,
