After reading your responses on inner envelope wording, I think I have figured out my question, but want to make sure I am correct.
I am a school teacher and am inviting my two bosses(principal and assistant principal) to my wedding. Obviously, I call them Mr. B(principal) and Mrs. K(assistant principal). I am also inviting both of their spouses whom I have never met. On what to put on each of their outer envelopes I have all figured out. On the inner envelope, would I put Mr. B and (wife's first name)? And on my assistant principal would I put (husband's first name) and Mrs. K? Or, would I just put first names only for both of them and their spouses? I am unsure because I am also not really on a first name basis with their spouses as well. So would I put the same thing on the inner envelope as the outer envelope?
I hope this isn't too confusing. I have tried to explain it as simple as possible. Thanks in advance for your help!

Dear Johnsbride,
Only invite these people if they are very close to you, as inviting bosses is not a good idea. It often appears as apple polishing--not good business etiquette.
On the inner envelope you would write: Mr. and Mrs. Smith.

Thank you for your response Rebecca.
Yes, my two administrators are close to me. Out of respect(I am located in the south), and the practice of formal language in the school building I work at, I still call them Mr. and Mrs. even though we could be on a first name basis.
I just wanted to make sure I addressed them the correct way on the inner envelope. I also wanted to include their spouses since they will only know a handful of other guests there and wanted to be sure I did that right as well.
