Do I have to invite someone to my wedding that I don't like, even though they invited me to their wedding?
I have an older friend who has 2 daughters around my age. One of the daughters got married last summer and me and my fiance were invited to her wedding because of my friend. We don't really like the daughter but went because of my friend. Her other daughter is getting married in February and we were told by her that we were getting invited. We are not close friends with her, but see her occasionally at a restaurant that she manages, she is very nice and we like her. So my question is, do we have to invite both daughters or can we just invite the one daughter that we like?

Dear Rstarr,
The easy and correct answer is no. You don't have to invite both daughters since they are out of the home. The difficult part of this situation is that your friend may not appreciate one of her daughters chosen over the other and the one sister who isn't invited may cause a problem between you and your friend. Only you would know if this could be a problem for you in the future. Take all of that into consideration before making your decision.
