Do I send invitations to members of wedding party and immediate family?

We are having a small family wedding. Do we send invitations to the witnesses, bridesmaids, bride and grooms parents?

Dear Do I send,
Yes, you would send invitations to everyone involved. You would even send an invitation to yourself to know when your other guest receive theirs.
