I have had my invites ready to go for quite some time. On the response card I had two meal choices for the guests to select from. Now, the catering has changed their menus and one of the items I was going to have as a meal is no longer available. Do I need to order new response cards to reflect the new meal choice or do I enclose a note stating the new choice? I don't want it to look tacky or cheap as everything is quite formal for our wedding.
Thank you,
Sarah

Dear Sarah,
The best choice would be to have a new response card printed. However, guests are fairly forgiving. If you are short on time, it would be acceptable to include a note about the changes.
