Should the fonts for the invitation, reception cards and response cards all match? Or - does it matter? I was going to have them match because I'm not using an overly fancy (but still somewhat formal) font for the invitation. It's very readable.

I agree.
FYI: You stated that you are also sending reception cards, which is not a concern. What could be a concern is this: please note that all wedding guests must be invited to the entire reception. I'm sure this isn't an issue, but I have to chime in. Rebecca Black, Etiquette Now

Thanks so much! Yes - - everyone who is invited to the ceremony will also be invited to the reception.
