     Groom's parents wording

Hi! My parents are hosting our wedding, so we're doing the traditional "Mr. and Mrs. John Smith request the honour of your presence...". We'd also like to include my fiance's parents' names out of respect even though they are not hosting. We were thinking to write after my fiance's name, "son of Mr. and Mrs. Mike Jones". The problem we're having is that my fiance's mother passed away. How would we word this? Would it be "son of Mr. Mike Jones and the late Mrs. Jones"? Should we include both their first names (like Mrs. Jane Jones)?

Thanks for any help! It's greatly appreciated! :)
